- Flat Rate: We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $20 for all orders, regardless of size, weight, or destination within Australia.

- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Times
- Delivery Time: Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days from the date your order is shipped.
- Delays: Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or other unforeseen factors outside our control.
Shipping Locations
- Domestic Shipping: We currently ship to addresses within Australia.Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
- Confirmation Email: You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
- Tracking: You can track your order through the provided tracking number on our carrier’s website.
International Shipping
- We do offer international shipping and the shipping charges are determined at the time of quoting.

- Lost or Damaged Packages: If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at sales@meascom.com.au. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
