This monthly debited annual exchange subscription applies to the following wireless transmitters:

• WTX-275
• WTX-275-EXT
• SPX-100
• WHD-300

This monthly subscription covers:

• Permanent warranty while under subscription
• Annual exchnage of transmitter in lieu of replacing batteries and sending out for calibration.
• As the transmitters have a one year warranty and have been calibrated when new, this annual subscription comes into effect only after one year of operation.

Notes:

1. When a transmitter is replaced, the replacement must be returned to Hygeian within 30 days of the changeover date or the client account will be debited by the difference between the list price and the WTX-PWE-01Y subscription.
